On the menu stand out great classics made with artisan pasta such as tagliatelle, pappardelle, tortelloni from Maremma, pici.
There are many meat dishes wisely selected by Chef Pagni as well as some symbolic dishes of our territory such as cod, beef offal and the more traditional Florentine steak.
On the menu there are always gluten-free proposals and dishes dedicated to lovers of vegetarian cuisine.
